1About Ocean Life

Ocean Life is a virtual game focused on collecting, raising, and evolving marine creatures.

In the game, users can create and customize their reefs, capture creatures, generate virtual currency, increase levels and sizes, play minigames, complete missions, breed creatures, visit other players, use the in-game marketplace, and participate in rankings and events.

The game’s features, rewards, values, probabilities, and systems may be updated or adjusted over time to improve the experience and maintain Ocean Life’s balance.

2Account and rules of use

By using Ocean Life, the user agrees to:

• provide accurate information when creating an account;
• keep account credentials secure;
• not share, sell, or transfer the account;
• use the game fairly;
• respect other players;
• not exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities;
• not use bots, scripts, macros, cheats, or modified applications;
• not manipulate missions, rankings, events, purchases, or trades;
• not publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content;
• not use names or images that infringe third-party rights;
• not attempt to access other users’ accounts, servers, or data.

The user is responsible for all activity carried out through the account and must immediately report any unauthorized access.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in item removal, balance corrections, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent account banning.

In cases of fraud, abuse, or serious violations, the account may be suspended without prior notice, subject to rights provided by applicable law.

3Virtual currencies and items

Ocean Life uses exclusively virtual currencies, creatures, and items, including:

• Coins;
• Diamonds;
• creatures;
• eggs;
• bait;
• food;
• consumables;
• decorations;
• attributes;
• buffs;
• event rewards.

This content exists exclusively within Ocean Life and does not represent money, an investment, electronic currency, or tangible property.

Items, creatures, Coins, and Diamonds:

• have no monetary value outside the game;
• cannot be converted into cash;
• cannot be sold outside the game;
• cannot be exchanged for Pix payments, cryptocurrency, products, or services;
• do not represent permanent ownership by the user;
• may only be used through Ocean Life’s official systems.

Ocean Life may adjust prices, rewards, production, rarities, attributes, timing, probabilities, and other elements of the virtual economy to preserve game balance.

4Purchasing Diamonds

Diamonds may be purchased with real money through official stores such as Google Play and the App Store.

Purchases are processed by the platform used. Ocean Life does not directly receive or store the user’s complete payment card details.

Before confirming a purchase, the user must verify:

• the selected product;
• the number of Diamonds;
• the displayed price;
• the account that will receive the purchase.

Purchased Diamonds will be credited after payment is confirmed by the platform.

Purchases are considered final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or by the policies of Google Play, the App Store, or the platform used.

Cancellation and refund requests may need to be submitted directly to the store responsible for processing the payment.

If a purchase is canceled, refunded, or charged back, Ocean Life may remove the corresponding Diamonds, items, or benefits from the account.

Fraud, improper chargebacks, or abusive payment disputes may result in a negative balance, temporary restrictions, or account suspension.

Users under the age of 18 may only make purchases with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

5Player marketplace

Ocean Life may provide an in-game marketplace for trading authorized creatures and items.

All trades must take place exclusively through the game’s official tools.

The following is prohibited:

• selling creatures or accounts for real money;
• requesting payments outside the game;
• trading through Pix or cryptocurrency;
• exploiting bugs to duplicate items;
• manipulating prices;
• deceiving other players;
• using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

Completed trades may be considered final.

Ocean Life may investigate, cancel, or reverse transactions related to fraud, bug exploitation, item duplication, or technical errors.

6Liability and disclaimers

Ocean Life is a virtual entertainment game and does not guarantee:

• obtaining a specific creature;
• a predetermined result in captures or breeding;
• specific rewards from randomized systems;
• a particular ranking position;
• an increase in the value of creatures or items;
• the permanent availability of events;
• uninterrupted operation on every device.

The game may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, issues with external services, attacks, internet instability, or events beyond our control.

Ocean Life is not responsible for losses caused exclusively by:

• sharing a password or account;
• using modified applications;
• unauthorized external transactions;
• fraud committed by third parties outside the game;
• loss of access to an email account or login provider;
• an incompatible device;
• the user’s violation of these Terms.

During pre-release, testing, or early versions, errors, system changes, economic adjustments, or progress corrections may occur.

Whenever possible, we will take steps to preserve valid purchases and correct verified errors.

7Data collection and use

Ocean Life may collect and use data necessary for the operation, security, and improvement of the game.

Data collected

We may collect:

• profile name and photo;
• email address;
• account identifier;
• login provider;
• language;
• device identifiers;
• IP address;
• account creation date and last access;
• device and operating system information;
• progress, level, and experience;
• creatures, items, currencies, and Diamonds;
• reefs and decorations;
• missions, achievements, and minigames;
• friends, visits, likes, and rankings;
• in-game marketplace history;
• purchase records;
• notifications;
• errors, failures, and performance data;
• messages and information sent to support.

Purposes of processing

Data may be used to:

• create and authenticate accounts;
• save and synchronize progress;
• provide game features;
• process and validate purchases;
• deliver Diamonds and items;
• operate rankings, friends, visits, and the marketplace;
• prevent fraud, bots, and bug exploitation;
• provide support;
• send notifications;
• correct errors;
• improve performance;
• comply with legal obligations;
• protect Ocean Life and its users.

Sharing

Personal data is not sold.

Data may only be shared when:

• necessary for the operation of the game;
• required by law;
• required by an order from a competent authority;
• necessary to prevent fraud or protect users;
• authentication, database, hosting, notification, error analysis, or payment providers are used.

Ocean Life may use services such as Firebase, Google Play, Apple, and other providers necessary for its operation.

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

User rights

Under applicable law, the user may request:

• confirmation that data is being processed;
• access to personal data;
• correction of information;
• information about data sharing;
• account deletion;
• deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data where applicable;
• withdrawal of consent;
• review of automated decisions, where applicable.

Some data may be retained after account deletion when necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, maintain purchase records, ensure security, or defend legal rights.

8Security

Ocean Life uses technical and administrative measures to protect users’ information.

These measures may include authentication, access control, security rules, activity logs, encrypted communications, and fraud monitoring.

No system is completely immune to failures, attacks, or unauthorized access.

Users must also protect their account, device, email, and payment methods.

If a relevant incident involving personal data is identified, the measures required by applicable law will be taken.

9Minimum age

Ocean Life is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.

Users between 13 and 17 years old must use the game with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or legal guardians should monitor:

• account usage;
• social interactions;
• playtime;
• purchases;
• shared content;
• privacy and security settings.

If an account belonging to a person under the age of 13 is identified, it may be restricted or deleted.

Parents and legal guardians may contact us to request information, exercise rights, or request a review of an account belonging to a minor under their responsibility.

10Account deletion

The user may request account deletion within the application or through the official contact channel.

Account deletion may result in the permanent loss of:

• progress;
• creatures;
• Coins;
• Diamonds;
• items;
• decorations;
• friends;
• history;
• ranking position.

Account deletion does not automatically result in a refund for completed purchases or previously used content, except where required by law or by the rules of the payment platform.

11Intellectual property

The Ocean Life name, brand, code, interface, systems, creatures, images, animations, music, sound effects, text, items, and other content belong to the responsible company or are used with authorization.

Copying, modifying, selling, distributing, extracting, or using this content without prior authorization is prohibited, except to the extent permitted by law.

12Changes to these Terms

These Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the game, applicable laws, payment systems, or the way data is processed.

The date of the most recent version will be displayed at the beginning of this page.

Material changes may be communicated within the application.

Continued use of Ocean Life after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version, subject to the user’s rights under applicable law.
